Alley Valley provides behavioral health care and connects eligible New Yorkers to the NYS SCN Food Program. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical advice.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from Alley Valley — including SCN Food Program updates, eligibility assistance, and reminders — at the mobile number you provide.

Types of messages: program updates, eligibility help, appointment and program reminders, and related informational and marketing messages.
Message frequency: message frequency varies.
Cost: message and data rates may apply.
Help: reply HELP for help, or contact us at 845-351-0300 or info@alleyvalley.com.
Opt out: reply STOP at any time to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further messages will be sent.
Consent: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
